Business to business program callout redesign. The focus of this initiative was to create a consolidated Global Promotion and Deals Merchandizing Program. This including a Dells Deals, as well as branded Global Callouts.
As part of Young and Rubicom’s newly formed Enfatico team I worked directly with Dell’s Small and Medium business leadership. Overseeing a team of copy writers and visual designers this role included managing and executing the user experience.
Project role: Experience strategy, information architecture and interaction design.

Experience Strategy: working with Dell’s small and medium product management and marketing team, I leveraged customer behavioral and transactional insights to define the experience strategy.
Design Thinking: collaborative and co-creative workshops used the business, and customer research insights to ideate on and formulate the information architecture and experience framework created around value and budget conscious small and medium business clients.

User Flow and Wireframes: the final step was building an experience that was aligned with the current CMS system. Once the program callouts were validated by technology and user testing, the final step was creating annotated wireframes for visual design and development to build the site.
Post launch: showed measurable improvements in click through and conversion rates for Small and Medium customers shopping for dell value and deals.
