The first to market final concept developed offered customers an integrated, collaborative experience. Key features are the ability to pull in MLS data, view real time region specific mortgage rates, include collaboration partners and connect with mortgage specialists in your area.
Project role: Experience strategy, facilitation, user research, information architecture and interaction design.

Experience Strategy: business and customer research and strategy to determine relevant business processes and home buyers perceptions and behaviors, in order to offer these consumers new, valuable, relevant and cohesive home buying experience.
Design Thinking: collaborative and co-creative workshops used the business, and customer research insights to ideate on and formulate concepts and experience frameworks for new home lending product and services geared specifically for the home buyer.

User Flow and Wireframes: the final concept integrated MLS data, view real time region specific mortgage rates, included collaboration partners, as well as mortgage specialists in your area.
Post launch: the validated final concept resonated well with customers, with the exception of the home search functionality. This allowed the team to pivot towards a partnership model where we would partner with leading real estate search sites and allow customers to pull in their favorited listing into the collaboration tool/ mobile application.
