Wells Fargo: Secure Document Exchange concept

Sponsored by the wealth line of business, this mass market and wealth consumer concept was intended to explore possible customer experiences and applications for sharing files and folders directly from their Cloud platform with Wells Fargo. Towards this end the wealth group partnered with the experience strategy team, Google and Wells Fargo digital labs to create a proof of concept.

Experience Strategy: conducted business and customer research and strategy to determine consumers perceptions and usage of file sharing with Wells Fargo team members.

Imagine

Design Thinking: collaborative and co-creative workshops used the business, and customer research insights to ideate on and formulate an experience framework created around helping mass market and wealth customers share files confidentially with Wells Fargo team members.

Create

User Flow and Wireframes: the final concepts centered around two use cases for mass market and relationship lead customers. The first was in the context of mortgage pre approval for rental property purchase and the second was a relationship lead prospect collaborating with a financial advisor, their team and the prospects financial team.

Launch

Post launch: the validated final concept tested well with mass market and wealth customers clearly demonstrating that new file sharing tools are needed and desired by mass market and wealth clients.
