Part of Labs mandate was to create internal tools and products for the core lines of business for Westfield LLC. The analytics platform was intended for center marketers to visualize and track social media data and metrics.

Experience Strategy: conducted business and design research and strategy to determine the required data sets and information design to visualize the social media metrics.
Design Thinking: collaborative and co-creative workshops used the business, and design research insights to ideate on and formulate an experience framework created around visualizing and tracking social media data sets and metrics.

User Flow and Wireframes: the final concept utilized Klipfolio platform and design language to visualize the social media data and metrics.
Post launch: the launch of the Westfield analytics platform for center marketers resulted in substantial time savings and enhanced social media monitoring, interactions and promotions.
